Compensation Range
The base pay scale for this position is $26.65 - $40.87. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide end-to-end administrative support for the Community Health Needs Assessment including literature reviews, data collection, data entry, univariate and multivariate statistical analyses, and report writing.
Support in the development of the NYS Community Service Plan (CSP) for the Enterprise.
Coordinate with CSP leads to ensure timely data collection and data entry.
Coordinate the submission of community benefit and program data across Community Education & Outreach staff.
Support evaluations of CSP programs (i.e. the Musculoskeletal Health Initiative, Aging with Dignity, Asian Community Bone Health Initiative, and the Healthcare Immersion Program) including in-person collection of pre/post surveys, survey development and administration, qualitative and quantitative data analyses, literature reviews, data entry and monthly data reporting.
Provide data support for funding grant needs, abstract submissions to national conferences and manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals.
Develop reports to assess the impact and outcomes of CSP programs.
Provide support in building and maintain data workflows, databases, and dashboards to support program monitoring and reporting.
Coordinate data requests across EI to understand and address their needs.
Provide administrative and clerical support with a focus on data entry and database management.
Assist with logistics and execution of CHNA events, CSP programs, and GME scholarly activity events.
Support ad-hoc requests as needed
