Position Overview
We are seeking an Education Program Coordinator to manage and oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of educational programs. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, program management knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between educators, stakeholders, and participants. The Education Program Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth program delivery and maintaining DLab Italia LLC’s reputation for excellence in education.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate education program activities, schedules, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with instructors, trainers, and external partners to achieve program objectives.
• Monitor program progress and prepare reports for management.
• Support budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with organizational policies.
• Handle communications related to program activities and participant engagement.
• Identify risks and recommend solutions to improve program efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s education regulations and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Program Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in program coordination or education management.
• Strong knowledge of program management processes and reporting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
