Position Overview

Latam Bilingual Institute LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Education Program Coordinator to oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of academic programs. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth program delivery, coordinate between instructors and administration, and maintain high educational standards aligned with the institute’s bilingual learning goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development, scheduling, and execution of educational programs and courses.
• Work closely with academic staff to ensure curriculum alignment and quality delivery.
• Manage class schedules, instructor assignments, and program logistics.
• Monitor student enrollment, attendance, and academic progress reports.
• Serve as the main point of communication between faculty, students, and administration.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of instructors and academic staff.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and educational standards.
• Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, and academic events.
• Collect and analyze feedback to improve program effectiveness.
• Prepare regular reports for management on program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Management, Linguistics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in academic coordination or program administration.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic education management systems.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and bilingual environment.
