Education Sales Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Admission Counselor who is passionate about guiding prospective students and helping them make informed educational decisions while contributing to the institution’s enrollment goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and communication skills, along with a proven ability to achieve or exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly student enrollment targets.
  • Provide professional counseling to prospective students and parents regarding available programs, career opportunities, and course benefits.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries related to admissions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective leads and convert them into confirmed enrollments.
  • Maintain and update accurate student information in the CRM system.
  • Represent the institution at education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to enhance lead quality and optimize enrollment strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or a sales-related role.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Admission counselling : 2 years (Required)
