Job Overview

Edoxi Training Institute is looking for an enthusiastic Education Sales Consultant to guide students and professionals in selecting the right training programs and certifications. The role involves consultative sales, lead conversion, and student counseling to help individuals achieve their career goals.

The ideal candidate is passionate about education, sales, and helping customers make informed decisions about their professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to walk-in, online, and phone inquiries about training programs.
• Provide course consultation and recommend suitable programs based on customer needs.
• Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with potential students via calls, emails, and messages.
• Explain course benefits, certification value, schedules, and pricing.
• Maintain customer data and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Support marketing campaigns by contacting leads generated through ads and events.
• Ensure excellent customer service and student experience.
• Coordinate with the operations team for course scheduling and student onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2C sales, retail sales, or education counseling.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in education sales, training institutes, or certification programs.
• CRM or lead management system experience.
• Ability to handle walk-in clients and online leads effectively.
