Your Role

As an Education Sales Executive / Admission Counselor, you will guide working professionals and aspiring learners in choosing the right certification and career development programs while achieving sales and enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries via Calls, WhatsApp, Email, and Walk-ins
• Convert leads into successful enrollments
• Follow up with prospective students and nurture leads
• Explain course benefits, certifications, and career opportunities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records and updates
• Coordinate with the marketing team to improve campaign performance and lead conversion

Ideal Candidate

✔ Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience in:

• Education / Training Industry
• Insurance
• Real Estate
• Banking Sales

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Strong sales closing ability and target-driven mindset
✔ Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality
✔ Candidates on Spouse Visa / Own Visa preferred
✔ Immediate joiners highly preferred
