Role Overview

We are seeking high-performing, target-driven Sales Executives to convert qualified inbound leads into enrolled students for the Microsoft Skills for Jobs Microdegree Program. The role focuses on consultative selling, guiding prospective learners (students, job seekers, and professionals) through program selection, career pathways,
and enrollment—ultimately driving paid conversions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Conversion (Primary KPI)

  • Call and follow up with warm leads who have registered interest
  • Convert leads into paying students through structured sales conversations
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets

2. Consultative Selling

  • Understand learner goals (career switch, upskilling, job placement)
  • Recommend relevant Microdegree tracks (AI, Data, Cloud, etc.)
  • Clearly explain the program structure, Certification (Microsoft + EU university ECTS credits) and Career pathways (jobs, internships, EU progression)

3. Pipeline & Follow-Up Management

  • Maintain consistent follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Track all interactions in CRM systems
  • Nurture leads until conversion (multi-touch approach)

4. Handling Objections

  • Address concerns related to: Pricing, Program credibility, and Career outcomes
  • Position EU-backed funding subsidies and ROI effectively

5. Sales Process Compliance

  • Follow structured scripts and sales frameworks
  • Maintain call quality, professionalism, and brand representation
  • Provide accurate information and maintain transparency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory if strong sales experience)
  • 1–3 years in Call centre sales/tele sales, Education sales/student recruitment, EdTech, training institutes, or online programs
  • Proven ability to close deals over the phone
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in handling objections
  • Excellent spoken Urdu (Mandatory) and English
  • Target-driven and performance-focused
  • Experience using CRM systems (or willingness to learn)
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, and digital communication tools

  • Lead-to-conversion rate (%)
  • Number of daily/weekly call attempts
  • Revenue generated (monthly targets)
  • Follow-up efficiency and response time
  • CRM updates and pipeline hygiene
