Education Strategy Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Education Strategy Advisor to drive strategic planning and transformation initiatives within the education sector. The role focuses on developing future-ready frameworks, performance indicators, operational excellence models, and data-driven policies to support national education objectives and organizational growth.

The advisor will contribute to:

• Designing and implementing long-term education strategies aligned with national priorities.
• Developing KPIs, performance dashboards, and excellence assessment frameworks.
• Conducting ecosystem analysis, benchmarking, and strategic foresight for education trends.
• Leading transformation and process improvement programs (BPR, service design, stakeholder experience).
• Supporting leadership with actionable insights, analytics, and strategic recommendations.
• Advising on policies and initiatives that enhance educational outcomes, trust, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy development, transformation, organizational excellence, or education advisory roles.
• Proven track record in building and executing education sector strategies at an institutional or governmental level.
• Strong expertise in KPI design, strategic frameworks, and performance measurement .
• Experience leading Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) and operational transformation initiatives.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into policy and strategic direction.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, provide clarity, and influence decision-making at senior levels.
• Familiarity with agile, future trends, and innovation methodologies is highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Strategic Management, Public Policy, Education Leadership, Business Analytics, or related fields .
• A PhD is considered a strong advantage but not mandatory.
• Certifications in Agile, Project Management (PMP or equivalent), or Process Excellence are a plus.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SPSS, R, or equivalent .
• Knowledge of digital transformation and emerging technologies applied to education improvement is a major plus.

Languages

• English: Fluent (Written and Spoken)
• Arabic: Professional proficiency is preferred
