Position Overview
We are seeking an Education Technology Coordinator to oversee and manage daily operations related to educational technology. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate between faculty, students, and IT teams. The Education Technology Coordinator will play a key role in integrating digital tools into learning environments and maintaining DNK Education LLC’s reputation for excellence in education technology services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation and support of educational technology systems.
• Liaise with faculty and students to provide training and technical assistance.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of digital platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of system usage, performance, and user feedback.
• Support curriculum development through technology-enabled solutions.
• Prepare reports on education technology performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and professional development activities.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s education and technology regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in education technology coordination or academic IT support.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems, digital tools, and instructional technology.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, LMS platforms, and education technology tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
