Educational Consultant

Soft Consultants is looking for a passionate and career-driven Educational Consultant to join our growing team. This role involves guiding students through the complete process of studying abroad—from choosing the right program to securing admission and visa approvals. The ideal candidate will be confident, professional, and committed to helping students achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding study abroad options (MBBS, BS, MS, BDS, PhD, etc.)
• Guide them through university selection, application, documentation, and visa processes
• Maintain regular communication with students and their families
• Build and manage relationships with partner universities
• Follow up on student applications and ensure smooth processing
• Keep up-to-date with international education trends, universities, and visa regulations
• Maintain student records and report regularly to management

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in education consultancy is a plus
• Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu
• Confident in dealing with students and parents
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized, self-motivated, and result-oriented
