Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients (individuals or organizations) to assess learning and development needs
• Design and implement customized training or educational programs
• Deliver high-quality workshops, webinars, or in-person sessions
• Support learners in achieving learning outcomes and career goals
• Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements
• Stay current with trends in education, training methods, and technologies
• Collaborate with internal teams, trainers, or academic staff to ensure consistency and quality of content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Proven experience in training, academic counseling, or instructional design
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients or projects
