Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Educational Consultant responsible for generating student enrollments and achieving admission targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent English proficiency, and a proven ability to convert leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, counsel, and recruit prospective students
- Generate leads through online/offline channels
- Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments
- Provide accurate guidance on programs, admissions, and processes
- Maintain follow-ups with students and parents
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
- Maintain records of leads, applications, and conversions
Requirements:
- Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales/admission targets
- Confident in counseling students and handling objections
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in education consultancy, admissions, or sales
- Knowledge of study abroad or local education systems
- Experience in lead generation or digital marketing is a plus
