We are actively seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Educational Counselor to to become a vital part of our dedicated team and advises students who want to pursue education overseas. The consultant evaluates students’ academic background, career goals, and financial situation to recommend suitable universities, courses, and countries. They also assist with applications, visa processes, and travel preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students about study opportunities abroad based on their academic profile and career goals.
• Recommend suitable universities, colleges, and programs in different countries.
• Assist students in preparing and submitting university applications.
• Guide students through admission requirements, documentation, and deadlines.
• Support students with visa application procedures and interview preparation.
• Provide information on scholarships, tuition fees, and living expenses.
• Maintain records of student applications and progress.
• Organize education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
• Provide pre-departure orientation including accommodation, travel, and cultural preparation.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and counseling skills
• Knowledge of international education systems
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to guide students and parents professionally
• Familiarity with visa processes and university admissions
• Sales and marketing skills (often required in consultancy firms)

Educational & Experience Requirement:

• Education: Minimum 16 Years of Education
• Experience:Minimum 1 to 3 Experience in student counseling, admissions, or education -consultancy.
• Geographical Proficiency: Must be proficient in advising students for key international destinations UK, Canada, Australia, USA, Ireland, Finland, Sweden, Germany, Turkey, or other European Countries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
