Educational Psychologist

- Administer standardized assessments to students to evaluate their aptitude, mental ability, and overall psychological condition.
- Lead the Assessment Team for individuals seeking evaluation services at the Future Rehabilitation Centre.
- Ensure that written assessment reports are accurately prepared and adhere to the highest standards of Professional Assessment, including those generated by other team members.
- Evaluate current curricular programs for select students to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide occasional coaching, training, and suggestions to teachers and parents on topics that can enhance student learning and address behavior management.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
• A Master’s degree in Psychology is mandatory.
• Both degrees must include a Certificate of Equivalence from the Ministry of Education (MOE) in the UAE.
• A valid license from the Department of Community Development is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience working in a special needs centre.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in administering psychological tests, conducting assessments, and preparing reports.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
