Job Description

Responsible for administration and implementation of multiple worldwide corporate Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) compliance as required by applicable executive orders and relevant laws. These programs include informal and formal complaints processing, alternate dispute resolution, anti-harassment, reasonable accommodations, and federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) reporting.

Job Qualifications

Six years of experience with federal or private sector Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaint processing with four of the six years as an active experienced mediator (within the last ten years) or six years as an Human Resource Manager with four years of experience with federal or private sector EEO complaint processing and experience as an active mediator (within the last ten years). One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.
Or
Bachelor's in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related field with four years of experience in any combination of federal or private sector EEO complaint processing or as an active mediator within the last eight years. One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.

Associate must successfully complete the Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act (HIPAA), course code 249F, concerning the handling of personal health information as required by HIPAA within 3 months of occupying the position. Until training has been completed, the Associate may not perform any duties relating to personal health information.

Salary Minimum

$90,284.00

Major Duties

Design, plan, and implement multiple worldwide EEO compliance programs, policies, and procedures within Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), statutory, and Exchange parameters.
Provide technical guidance and policy interpretation in matters regarding compliance, resolution, and potential liability to all organizational elements and levels.
Provide managerial and operational oversight of all EEO compliance programs to ensure timeliness in processing. Make modifications and recommendations to procedures and/or policy to obtain optimal effectiveness. Identify and/or conduct training to reduce skill gaps.
Review complaints based on complexity and make final recommendations for disposition of formal EEO complaints. Collaborate with EEOC, the Department of Defense (DoD) Inspector General, and/or the Exchange General Counsel regarding decisions, appeals, or hearings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
