About the Role
PsychPlus is seeking detail-oriented, EHR Data Coordinators to assist with U.S. healthcare operations. This role is focused on extracting data from Galaxy EHR and organizing it accurately within designated SharePoint folders.

The role requires strong attention to detail, comfort working with healthcare systems, and the ability to follow structured processes during overnight U.S. Central Time hours.

This is a full-time role, open to candidates willing to working onsite in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities
1. EHR Data Extraction

• Access and retrieve required data from Galaxy EHR
• Ensure accurate and complete extraction of assigned patient or operational data
• Follow defined extraction instructions and data formats

2. Documentation & File Management

• Upload and organize extracted data into designated SharePoint folders
• Ensure proper naming conventions and folder structures are followed
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across shared files

3. Quality & Compliance

• Verify extracted data for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and company policies
• Report missing data, access issues, or inconsistencies to supervisors

4. Coordination & Reporting

• Provide status updates on assigned extraction tasks
• Meet daily productivity and turnaround expectations
• Support ad-hoc data requests as needed

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience working with RCM/Medical Billing
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Basic proficiency with file management and shared drives (SharePoint or similar)
• Ability to follow written SOPs and repetitive workflows
• Good written English communication skills
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 6 PM – 6 AM CST
• Ability to work onsite in Pakistan

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S. healthcare operations
• Familiarity with data extraction, record review, or documentation support
• Prior experience working night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones
