Key Responsibilities:

The EHR Training Analyst will play a key role in supporting the execution of training programmes designed to ensure the successful adoption of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Working under the guidance of the Training Manager, the Analyst will handle day-to-day training activities, including preparing materials, setting up training environments, supporting trainers and learners, and maintaining accurate records.

Specific responsibilities include:

Training Preparation & Delivery Support:

  • Set up training rooms, equipment, and software before sessions.
  • Prepare and distribute training materials, guides, and handouts.
  • Provide on-site and virtual support to trainers and learners during sessions.
  • Assist participants with logins, system access, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.

Logistics & Coordination:

  • Circulate invitations, and other training materials are needed
  • Manage training supplies and ensure availability of required resources.
  • Update and track training schedules under the Specialist’s guidance.

Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Monitor attendance, maintain sign-in sheets and attendance records.
  • Compile reports and facilitate Training Manager in regular training follow ups.
  • Support post-training evaluation by collecting feedback forms and compiling results.

Implementation & Floor Support:

  • Provide first-line support to end-users during go-live and post-training periods.
  • Escalate recurring issues or user challenges to the Specialist / Manager.
  • Assist in monitoring learner engagement and identifying gaps for retraining.

Requirements:

You should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, IT, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in training administration, healthcare/ICT projects (experience in healthcare preferred).
  • Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, a hands-on approach, and keen attention to detail.
  • Service orientation and learner-focused mindset.
  • Tech savvy with adaptability to fast-paced healthcare and technology environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting schedules and demands.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in English.
