Experience:

• 8 to 10 years (Chemical / Pharma Industry preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced EHS Professional to lead and manage plant-level Environment, Health & Safety activities in a Chemical/Pharma manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle ETP/MEE plant operations related to environmental compliance.
• Ensure Safety, Health & Environment policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
• Coordinate with GPCB for statutory filings, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain audit-related documents, statutory records, and regulatory submissions.
• Manage hazardous waste as per government norms and ensure safe, compliant disposal.
• Liaise with government authorities for approvals, inspections, and compliance matters.
• Conduct employee safety trainings, awareness programs, and toolbox talks.
• Drive continuous improvement in EHS systems and ensure adherence to legal guidelines.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of EHS legal compliances in Chemical/Pharma industry.
• Experience with GPCB coordination and environmental documentation.
• Knowledge of hazardous waste management.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
