EHS Manager
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's EHS management system across assigned facilities
- Promote a strong safety culture
- Conduct risk assessments for all operational activities, identify hazards, and ensure effective control measures are in place
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal standards through inspections, audits, and closure of corrective and preventive actions
- Establish and enforce safe systems of work across all operational areas
- Establish and maintain emergency response plans for all facilities
- Conduct risk assessments related to fire and other emergency scenarios
- Ensure availability and proper maintenance of emergency equipment

Organize and lead regular emergency drills to test preparedness
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical preferred).
- 7-10 years of EHS experience in industrial or manufacturing environments. Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory EHS role. Experience in FMCG manufacturing or high-volume production environments is strongly preferred
- NEBOSH International General Certificate is a mandatory. NEBOSH International Diploma (highly desirable). ISO 45001 Lead Auditor qualification (preferred). ISO 14001 Lead Auditor qualification (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and environmental regulations
