- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company’s EHS management system across assigned facilities.
- Promote a strong safety culture.
- Conduct risk assessments for all operational activities, identify hazards, and ensure effective control measures are in place.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal standards through inspections, audits, and closure of corrective and preventive actions.
- Establish and enforce safe systems of work across all operational areas.
- Establish and maintain emergency response plans for all facilities.
- Conduct risk assessments related to fire and other emergency scenarios.
- Ensure availability and proper maintenance of emergency equipment.
- Organize and lead regular emergency drills to test preparedness.
Requirements
Educational Background:
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical preferred).
Experience:
-
7–10 years of EHS experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory EHS role.

Experience in FMCG manufacturing or high-volume production environments is strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and environmental regulations.
-
Solid understanding of industrial safety standards and compliance requirements.
Professional Certifications:

NEBOSH International General Certificate is a mandatory.

NEBOSH International Diploma (highly desirable).

ISO 45001 Lead Auditor qualification (preferred).

ISO 14001 Lead Auditor qualification (preferred).
