<div><ul><li>Manage costing process for food Businesses.
</li></ul><ul><li>Allocate direct and indirect costs to relevant activities accurately</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze costs related to core food operations: direct and indirect track input costs (Material-Packaging Materials-Labor Cost-Manufacturing Overhead) and ensure alignment with usage.</li>
<li>Ensure that current BOMs on ERP are up to standard and up to date.</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy of direct material cost and application of the related pricing method.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly costing reports of the raw material used.</li>
<li>Review all MOH expenditure to ensure proper allocation and ensure that all unpaid expenses are accrued for.
</li><li>Prepare purchase price variance and material usage variance and challenge the reason for that variance for accountability and better future results.</li>
<li>Calculate the cost of daily casual labor and allocate it to cost centers and compare actual costs against budget costs and investigate variances.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly, and quarterly cost reports by SKU.
</li><li>Deliver cost analysis and recommendations to help control spending and improve efficiency.</li>
<li>Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate cost tracking.
</li><li>Mentor junior accountants and review their work to ensure quality and accuracy.</li>

Requirements</b></p><ul>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Accounting</li>
<li>Good to Very Good level of English</li>
<li>7+ years of relevant experience.</li>
<li>Prior experience in food industries and solid understanding of food and operational cost accounting.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and attention to details.</li>
<li>Very good level in Excel and Odoo</li>
<li>Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li>

Costing Section Head

</li><li>Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
</li><li>Perform variance analysis, costing, and profitability assessments, providing insights and improvement recommendations.

</li><li>Act as a finance business partner to the Commercial team, supporting NPDs and new commercial initiatives.</li>

Requirements</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting</li></ul><ul>
<li>Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in FP&amp;A, financial analysis, or accounting</li>
<li>Proven experience in <b>budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis</b>.</li>
<li>Financial modeling &amp; scenario analysis</li>
<li>Intermediate skills of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.</li>
