Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Screen applications and support candidate shortlisting through thoughtful assessment of qualifications and role requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment data, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updates.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to facilitate effective recruitment outcomes and positive working relationships.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality, efficiency, and responsiveness under changing priorities.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and talent attraction activities to strengthen the organization's talent pipeline.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates, supporting onboarding activities, and maintaining compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical preferred).
  • 1 –3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Preferred)
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Accurate recruitment records and reporting.
  • Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
