- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers and onboarding
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as Wuzzuf, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit against job requirements
- Coordinate and schedule technical and panel interviews with hiring managers
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Write and post clear and accurate job descriptions across relevant platforms
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularly
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates for HR management
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding activities and represent the company at career events when needed
- Assist in other HR projects and tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus
- 3 – 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or a recruitment role
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Wuzzuf , LinkedIn or Indeed.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques including Boolean search and social media recruiting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English
- Ability to manage multiple open vacancies simultaneously
- High attention to detail with good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ATS or HR databases is a plus
- CIPD or any HR certification is an advantage
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Giza: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
