
Production Engineer (F&B - Bakery Industry) "CookieVore"
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow on the production line

Translate production plans into effective daily execution

Monitor efficiency, yield, downtime, and waste across production processes

Ensure proper coordination between production, QA, maintenance, and warehouse teams
-
Identify bottlenecks and implement practical process improvements
-
Ensure adherence to GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards
-
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity
-
Track and report production KPIs using Google Sheets / Excel
-
Ensure production output meets required quality and specification standards
-
Maintain operational discipline and consistency across shifts
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Agricultural Sciences, or Science (Food Science / Chemistry or related fields)

1–3 years of experience in F&B production (Bakery / FMCG is a must)

Strong understanding of production flow and operational execution

Good knowledge of GMP and basic food safety principles

Ability to work closely with Quality Assurance teams to ensure compliance

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume production environment

Good communication and coordination skills across departments
-
Strong command of Google Sheets / Excel for reporting

Experience in central kitchens or bakery production environments is preferred

Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices is preferred
