A Snapshot of Your Day:

As an EHS Manager for Field Service, you will target experienced professionals with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management, particularly in field-based environments. You will lead meaningful projects aimed at enhancing health and safety outcomes, investigating incidents, and promoting a culture of safety awareness among global field service teams. Your work will significantly impact team performance, client satisfaction, and Siemens Energy’s mission to ensure safe and sustainable operations, all while fostering a collaborative and proactive team culture that values continuous improvement and shared best practices.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance health and safety outcomes in field service activities.
  • Investigate incidents and unsafe conditions to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update incident reporting systems for timely and accurate EHS incident reporting.
  • Establish a global framework for incident management to streamline reporting and tracking.
  • Serve as the primary EHS point of contact for field service personnel and clients during operations.
  • Prepare regular EHS performance reports for leadership, highlighting trends and challenges.

What You Bring:
  • A degree or equivalent in an HSE-related subject, such as a NEBOSH certification.
  • 5+ years of experience in an EHS role, focusing on field-based environments.
  • Technical understanding of high-voltage transmission equipment and construction site activities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to implement safety initiatives effectively.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25-50% of the time) for on-site EHS support and audits.
  • Proven experience in implementing EHS standards in multi-regional or global environments.
