EHS-MTO

Roshan Packages Limited, one of Pakistan’s leading packaging companies, is looking for a dedicated and proactive EHS MTO (Female) to support Environment, Health & Safety operations at our production facility. This is an excellent opportunity for young professionals passionate about workplace safety and industrial compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety inspections to identify unsafe acts and conditions.
• Maintain EHS documentation, reports, checklists, and compliance files.
• Support incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action follow-ups.
• Monitor PPE usage, workplace hygiene, and female facility standards.
• Assist in safety trainings, toolbox talks, and employee orientation.
• Support waste management, environmental monitoring, and ISO compliance.
• Coordinate with HR, admin, and production teams for EHS compliance.

Requirements

• Education: BS Environmental Sciences / OHS / Industrial Engineering.
• Experience: Fresh to 1 year (internships preferred).
• Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Good command of MS Office and basic knowledge of EHS standards.
• Willing to work in an industrial/plant environment.
• Female candidates only (mandatory requirement).

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
