Electrical Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment and systems.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair motors, breakers, switchgear, transformers, control panels, and wiring.
  • Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical systems and equipment.
  • Diagnose electrical faults and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and standards.

Instrumentation & Control Responsibilities:

  • Conduct calibration, testing, and maintenance of transmitters, sensors, gauges, analyzers, and control valves.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to PLC, DCS, SCADA, and other automation systems.
  • Assist in installation, commissioning, and loop-checking of new instrumentation and control systems.
  • Monitor and optimize control loop performance for efficient plant operations.
  • Maintain accurate logs and documentation for instrument calibration and maintenance activities.

General Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to resolve daily technical issues.
  • Ensure all tasks follow safety protocols, SOPs, and plant standards.
  • Participate in shutdowns, turnarounds, and emergency maintenance activities.
  • Maintain equipment history records and prepare maintenance reports when required.

Requirements

  • DAE (Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics); B.Tech is an advantage.
  • 4–6 years of experience in E&I maintenance in industrial, mining, power plant, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems, control circuits, and instrumentation devices.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and loop sheets.
  • Familiarity with PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems is essential.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures (LOTO, PPE, hazardous area compliance).
  • Willingness to work in a field/plant environment in Tharparkar.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
