Assist in the inspection, testing, and maintenance of electrical equipment and instrumentation systems (e.g., PLCs, VFDs, sensors, actuators, and control panels).
Install, maintain, and repair electronic control systems, instrumentation, and communications equipment.
Maintain records of work performed and parts used, using computer-based maintenance management systems.
Test equipment for faults, diagnose problems, and replace or repair defective parts.
Assist to perform periodic calibration of instruments and devices.
Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.
Provide technical guidance and training to E&I technicians.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures.
Manage the inventory of electrical and instrumentation spare parts.
Ensure the availability of critical components to avoid production interruptions.
Requirements:
Education: B. Tech. / DAE (Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical) or Related Field.
