Job Purpose: Supervise all field electrical and instrumentation activities, including cable routing in congested tray routes, instrument hook-ups, and loop checking within live substations and hazardous area refinery environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation Supervision: Manage E&I work crews for cable pulling, junction box installation, and termination at switchgear and MCCs.
- Instrumentation Oversight: Coordinate field instrument installation (transmitters, switches, gauges) and high-precision instrument tubing/hook-up activities.
- Testing & Verification: Oversee loop checking, functional testing, and earthing continuity/resistance testing.
- Hazardous Area Compliance: Ensure all installations comply with IEC/ATEX hazardous area classifications.
- Live Plant Safety: Implement insulated tool protocols and barricading for work in close proximity to live substations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate installation records and "as-built" red mark-up drawings for the final turnover dossier.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience: 8+ years of E&I installation experience, with 5+ years in KSA brownfield refinery projects.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in MV motor connections, HV cable termination, and fiber optic splicing/testing (OTDR).
- Safety: H2S, Electrical Safety, and Confined Space certifications.
- Status: Transferable Iqama.
Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
