Start Date: April 2026 or ASAP
Duration: 6 Months
Hours: M - F, 40 hrs/week
Job Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions; review, reconcile, and resolve client account issues; and analyze, prepare, and post journal entries.
Prepare financial statements and perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy and audit compliance.
Sort and distribute incoming mail and interoffice communications; monitor and restock office supply inventory, notifying the Office Coordinator when replenishment is needed.
Provide front desk coverage during Office Coordinator absences or breaks, delivering professional and responsive customer service to Client Accounting and Property Management teams.
Support management with special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Has or is expected to graduate before December of 2026 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other comparable business-related degree.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Client Accounting.
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
A basic knowledge of department-specific accounting functions.
A functional understanding of current accounting software.
Collaborative team player with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
High sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Meticulous attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is a plus
