DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages with accuracy and efficiency
• Deliver friendly, fast, and engaging customer service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workspace
• Accurately handle orders and transactions
• Support team operations to keep service running smoothly
• Stay knowledgeable on menu items and make recommendations
