EITV monitoring executive

We are hiring a Monitoring Executive for our client’s Operations – EITV Department based in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing vehicle tracking operations, coordinating with drivers and customers, and ensuring smooth execution of daily technical activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day technical operations and activities.
• Track, monitor, and follow up on enroute vehicles.
• Manage trip activities including QR code generation, trip start, and trip end.
• Coordinate with drivers and customers via calls for real-time support.
• Communicate and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely updates.
• Collaborate with SCM to resolve inventory-related challenges.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle technical manpower effectively.
• Good command of MS Excel and reporting.
• Understanding of vehicle wiring and tracking device installation is a plus.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: Intermediate / Diploma
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a related field
