The attendant will attend to guests in El Colegio. The attendant will up sell beverages, pastries and other selections, accurately process transactions, and provide excellent service to all guests.
Responsibilities:

Responsible to answer the phone within three rings

Brewing gourmet coffee and other specialty beverages

Prepare enough product to meet business demands

Serving guests in the café
-
Must follow prepared scenario to encourage upselling
- Prepare payment of checks
- Know and adhere to all liability laws
- Printing of reports at the end of the shift and banking out
- Complete other duties assigned
- Attend all designated staff meetings and training sessions
- Daily Inventory and Product Controls

Continual upkeep and overall appearance of Morsel’s area
Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
-
Must have alcohol training certification (TABC) and food handlers training certification

Must be able to bend, push, pull and stand for extended periods of time

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment providing courteous service
- Previous barista experience preferred

Previous cash handling experience preferred

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and holidays
