About Us

We’re building an Agentic AI Infrastructure Platform that enables businesses to create and scale AI-driven simulations, brand avatars, and automation. As our user base grows, we want to provide clear, engaging, and professional learning materials that help customers get the most out of the platform.


Role Overview

We’re hiring a Customer Education Specialist to create a structured “how-to” video tutorial series and written guides for our users. You will design, record, and publish educational content that walks users step-by-step through platform features, ensuring a smooth learning experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, script, and record screen-share video tutorials explaining platform features.
  • Create accompanying written tutorials and step-by-step guides for each video.
  • Organize and structure tutorials into a learning pathway or course (via an LMS or internal knowledge base).
  • Ensure that all learning materials are clear, engaging, and accessible for an international audience.
  • Maintain consistency in style, voice, and branding across all tutorials.
  • Collaborate with product and customer success teams to identify key topics and user pain points.
  • Regularly update content as the platform evolves (new features, UI updates, etc.).


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, Customer Education Specialist, Technical Trainer, or eLearning Content Creator .
  • Strong spoken English and excellent presentation skills.
  • Experience creating video tutorials and screen recordings (Loom, Camtasia, OBS, or similar).
  • Ability to write clear, step-by-step tutorials and structured guides.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or customer education platforms.
  • Background in SaaS, AI, or technology products is a strong plus.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex topics.
