Electrical Supervisor in construction overseas and directs the installation of electrical systems, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to regulations. They manage teams of electricians, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with other project stakeholders. Team Management: Supervising, training, and evaluating electrical staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring their performance. Project Planning and Execution: Planning, scheduling, and implementing electrical projects from start to finish, including budgeting and resource allocation. Safety and Compliance: Ensuring all electrical work adheres to safety regulations, codes, and company policies. Technical Support: Providing technical expertise, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to electrical problems. Quality Control: Ensuring the quality and accuracy of electrical installations. Material Management: Estimating material needs, ordering materials, and coordinating their delivery to the site. Communication: Maintaining clear communication with project managers, engineers, and other team members. Electrical Knowledge: Deep understanding of electrical systems, components, and code. Safety Awareness: Ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to safety regulations. Experience: ( 5:10) years of experience in electrical work, preferably in a supervisory role
