Part-Time Educator

Role Summary:
As a Part-Time Educator at Lamba, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality educational programs, workshops, and activities as scheduled and agreed upon. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about STEAM education and enjoy working in dynamic, hands-on learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assigned programs, workshops, and classes in accordance with Lamba’s curriculum and quality standards.
• Prepare necessary teaching materials, lesson plans, and resources in advance.
• Attend all required training sessions to ensure readiness for program delivery.
• Engage participants in interactive, practical, and enjoyable learning experiences.
• Ensure adherence to the educator’s guide, company policies, and safety protocols.
• Provide feedback on program delivery to help improve content and teaching methods.
• Maintain professionalism and represent Lamba positively in all sessions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Background in STEAM-related fields such as:

• Architecture
• Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, Industrial, or Sustainable)
• Product Design
• Computer Science
• Proven teaching or training experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Excellent proficiency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Ability to engage learners of different ages and skill levels.

Terms & Conditions:

• This is a part-time, project-based position.
• Work will be scheduled and confirmed in advance for specific programs or classes.
• Payment will be calculated and processed per project/class delivery.
• Attendance at training sessions prior to program delivery is mandatory.
• The agreement is on an at-will basis, subject to termination with written notice.
