Job Title: Maintenance ElectricianJob Summary:
The Maintenance Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure smooth and safe operations of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
- Diagnose electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs in a timely manner.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, lighting, and power distribution systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inspections.
- Assist in preventive maintenance planning and execution.
- Coordinate with other departments for maintenance-related activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a maintenance electrician (preferably in facilities, hospitality, or industrial sector).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and local electrical codes.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Good problem-solving and technical skills.
- Physically fit and able to work under pressure.
