About Us

ELFA EV Bikes is a fast-growing electric bike manufacturer dedicated to innovation and eco-friendly mobility solutions. To support our expanding operations, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Electric Bike Technician to strengthen our production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and service electrical systems and components on electric bikes.
• Diagnose and repair issues with wiring, batteries, motors, and controllers.
• Conduct routine inspections, testing, and quality checks to ensure top performance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain smooth workflows and high-quality output.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or a recognized Electrician certification.
• Basic understanding of electric circuits, wiring, and battery systems.
• Proficiency with hand tools, testing equipment, and technical diagrams/instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work.

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: Competitive and based on market standards.
• Shift: Day (9 hours per day), Monday to Saturday.
