- Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or Electric Vehicle sector, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
- A results-driven approach with the ability to meet and exceed targets..
Key responsibilities
Sales and lead generation:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and sales targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through activities like door-to-door sales, canopy activities, or online leads.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on Electric Vehicle industry trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in promotional activities and events.
- Customer engagement and demonstration:
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits of electric vehicles to potential clients.
- Coordinate test drives for interested customers.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales process and administration:
- Manage the sales cycle from lead to closure.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Maintain an accurate customer database and manage client relationships.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaboration and product knowledge:
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and finance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including vehicle specifications and Electric Vehicle charging technology.
