Electrical and Diagnostic Automotive Technician/Hybrid Role

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical and Diagnostic Technician with a hybrid role encompassing both electrical systems expertise and advanced automotive diagnostics. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of vehicle makes and models, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for automotive repair, strong mechanical knowledge, and proficiency in electrical troubleshooting to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

• Diagnose complex electrical and electronic systems using schematics, diagnostic tools, and automotive software
• Conduct mechanical repairs such as engine maintenance, transmission servicing, wheel alignments, and suspension work
• Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams to identify issues accurately
• Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks including fluid changes, brake repairs, and routine inspections to ensure optimal vehicle performance
• Hybrid Role: Customer service, some service advising/managerial, and creating estimates/invoices.

Experience

• A strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair
• Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding automotive electrical systems is essential
• Service technician experience involving auto estimating software will be considered an asset
• Strong mechanical aptitude combined with excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
