Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer

1. Electrical Systems Management

• Oversee maintenance of High Tension (HT) and Low Tension (LT) power distribution systems.
• Manage transformers, Switchgears, Motor Control Centers (MCC), and Power Control Centers (PCC).
• Ensure the health of DG sets, UPS systems, and industrial battery banks.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

2. Instrumentation & Automation

• Maintain and calibrate field instruments: Pressure/Temperature/Flow transmitters, Control Valves, and Solenoid valves.
• Troubleshoot and program PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA, and DCS systems (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, or ABB).
• Interpret and update P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and Loop Drawings.

3. Compliance & Safety

• Maintain rigorous safety standards, including Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures during maintenance.

4. Project & Vendor Management

• Prepare technical specifications for procurement (RFQs).
• Supervise external contractors during plant shutdowns or new installations.
• Optimize energy consumption and contribute to "Energy Audit" initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
