Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to support detailed engineering, project execution, and technical documentation for EPC/Water Treatment projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in interpreting P&IDs, tender specifications, and industry standards, along with proven skills in preparing datasheets, layouts, cable schedules, and equipment sizing. This role requires hands-on experience with electrical systems (MCC, PDB, VFD, control panels), instrumentation, and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

•Perform detailed engineering of electrical & instrumentation systems as per project requirements.

•Prepare and review project documents (Instrument List, I/O List, Load List).

•Interpret tender documents, P&IDs, and technical specifications.

•Prepare datasheets for instruments, PLCs, auto valves, and cables.

•Evaluate vendor offers and review technical documentation.

•Develop layouts & drawings: Instrument & JB Location Layout, Hook-up, Cable Tray, Earthing Layouts.

•Calculate & prepare cable sizing, cable tray sizing, and termination schedules.

•Ensure compliance with area classifications, industry standards, and certifications.

Technical & Software Skills:

•P&ID Interpretation & Documentation

•Instrument / IO / Load List Preparation

•Datasheet Preparation (Instruments, PLCs, Valves, Cables)

•Cable Sizing, Cable Tray Design & Termination Schedule

•Layouts & Drawings (Instrument, JB, Hook-up, Earthing, Cable Tray)

•Technical Evaluation of Vendor Offers

•Tools: AutoCAD, MS Office
