We are an Engineering Consultants Company requiring MEP Engineers. Applicants must have 7-10 years of experience in Dubai.

Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a Mechanical Supervision Engineer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the supervision of mechanical works of residential and commercial buildings.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

· Minimum 10 years’ experience in site supervision, design review, planning, project monitoring and testing & commissioning for residential and commercial building projects, villas and high-rise buildings.

· Prior experience in construction supervision of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, especially in projects with chilled water network is must.

· Strong knowledge of local and internal building codes; ASHRAE standards, DEWA regulations, Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations, Dubai Civil Defense (DCD) regulations, and NFPA codes.

· Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is required.

· Excellent written and oral communications skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and monitor all mechanical works to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and relevant codes.

· Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

· Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

Electrical Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the UAE, including at least 5 years with a consultancy firm.
• Proven experience in Medium to High Rise Buildings
• Strong background in site supervision, quality control, and compliance with local authority standards (e.g., DEWA, ADDC).
• Ability to review design/shop drawings and ensure coordination with other disciplines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority regulations.
• Review and comment on shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure implementation of safety and quality standards.
