Electrical Apprentice / Electrical Laborer

We're expanding our team and currently hiring a Groundwork / Apprentice Electrician to support our Journeyman Electricians on key projects across Washington.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Journeyman Electricians in the installation and retrofit of lighting systems
• Pull wire, install conduit, and support general layout and prep work
• Safely operate tools and lifts under supervision (scissor lifts, boom lifts, etc.)
• Load and unload materials, maintain clean job sites, and handle basic setup and teardown
• Take direction from foremen and lead electricians to ensure safe, accurate work
• Learn and follow all jobsite safety requirements and procedures

Qualifications:

• 0 to 2 years of electrical experience or relevant trade education preferred
• Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to different job sites
• Basic understanding of tools, wiring methods, and jobsite safety
• Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights
• Comfortable using a phone-based app to track time and job progress
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn the electrical trade
• Ability to work nights, weekdays, and occasional weekends as required
• Must supply basic hand tools and wear proper PPE at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
