1. Assisting the Project Manager in carrying out all departmental tasks and responsibilities.
2. Maintaining and troubleshooting electrical infrastructure, including wiring, panels, outlets, and emergency
systems.
3. Overseeing lighting systems to align ambiance with the restaurants’ standards (dimmable, mood, and
decorative lighting).
4. Installing and maintaining seasonal or event-specific lighting enhancements.
5. Monitoring power distribution and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
6. Conducting preventive maintenance on all electrical equipment to avoid service interruptions.
7. Maintaining the restaurant sound systems for consistent high-quality audio and visuals.
8. Balancing background music levels to match the restaurants’ ambiance and time of day.
9. Providing audio and visual support for live entertainment (musicians, DJs, performers, etc.).
10. Troubleshooting issues, such as feedback, distortion, or uneven sound coverage.
11. Managing multiple audio and visual zones (bar, dining, lounge, etc.) for optimal guest experience.
12. Ensuring video displays run smoothly and reflect the brands’ premium images.
13. Supporting visual effects for themed nights, private events, or corporate functions.
14. Calibrating lighting and video systems to achieve the desired visual presentation.
15. Ensuring technical elements (lighting, sound, visuals, etc.) enhance the luxury ambiance of the restaurants.
16. Responding quickly and discreetly to technical issues during service.
17. Conducting regular inspections of Audio, Visual, and Electrical systems for reliability and safety.
18. Maintaining service logs, repair histories, and equipment manuals.
19. Managing inventory of Audio, Visual, and Electrical equipment, thereby ensuring timely repairs or
replacements.
20. Recommending upgrades and innovations to improve guest experience and operational efficiency.
21. Coordinating with third-party vendors for maintenance, upgrades, or rentals.
22. Training staff members on basic troubleshooting for Audio, Visual, and Electrical systems.
23. Supporting other departments (kitchen, bar, reception and reservations, front of the house, etc.) with their
technical needs.
24. Assisting with general facility maintenance when required (lighting, signage, small repairs, etc.).
25. Performing routine inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of the facility equipment, fixtures, and
furnishings.
26. Responding quickly to maintenance requests and resolving issues promptly to avoid operational delays.
27. Supporting MEP-related works, including HVAC repairs, as required.
28. Carrying out other related tasks and responsibilities.
