220/33/6.6/0.415KV Substation "Testing, Operation & Maintenance" of Transformer up to 100MVA.

• 220/33/6.6/0.415KV EHV, HV and LT Panels (preferred SIEMENS & L&T) with its control & Protections and all Switchyard Equipment’s
• Power Equipment performance, performing health checks for the crucial electrical equipment.
• Maintain critical Spare list of Electrical equipment’s.
• Supervised & controlled power utilization of the equipment & improve machine efficiency. Prepare monthly power Report with Analysis
• Knowledge pf calibration scheduling & compliances of instruments as per ISO
• Provided support for electrical legal compliances, statutory requirements as per factories act
• Recognized critical spares & consumables and developed local spares to improve store inventories
• Maintaining all documents of ISO 50001. ISO 9001, ISO 45001
• Planning & Execution of Energy Conservation assignments.
• Predictive, Preventive Maintenance, Knowledge of WMS, EHS, TQM and TPM
• Knowledge and Hands on experience of Configuration, Communication and Diagnosis of Siemens, SEL (Switzer), L&T, ABB relay of Numerical, Feeder protection , Transformer Protection relay.
• Knowledge and Hands on experience of Configuration and Diagnosis of all type Energy meters and its communications
• Knowledge and Hands on experience of operation and maintenance of Static VAR Compensator
• Experience of Commissioning, Testing, Operation & Maintenances of 220kv Switch Yard Equipment (like Power X’ mar, LA, ISOLATOR, CT, PT, SF6 Breaker, 33 KV & 6.6 KV VAB of HT Panel and 440 ACB LT panels) etc.
• Operation, Maintenance and testing of the 220/33/6.6/440 KV Substations, LV Distribution Systems, Power Transformers and Dry type transformer.
• Operation & Maintenance of Diesel Generator set up to 1010 KVA with Auto change over scheme.
• Installation and commissioning of shop lighting.
• Scheduling of predictive, preventive & breakdown maintenance jobs with key focus on spares availability and root cause analysis.
• Material procurement through SAP and maintaining minimum spares for attending breakdown and reducing breakdown time.
• Working on quality control, TPM, TQM, Environment-Health-Safety Compliances.
• Prepared SOP, Job Standards & check sheets of equipment’s
• Daily Power monitoring, calculations and reporting at monthly basis. Prepare Daily maintenance equipment status Log. Ensure that the PM, checklists are filled and all audit documents are up to date.
• Monitored load pattern of plant through SCADA. Prepare monthly plant power consumption reports and other documentation
• Conduct toolbox talk for workman to elaborate regarding work and its hazard.
• Delivered training to down line associates, new joiners & electricians.
• Responsible for scheduling and monitoring continuous power supply to all critical equipment’s; effectively working on different level of distribution systems.
• Operation and Maintenance of UPS up to 10 KVA.
