Electrical BIM Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Electrical BIM Engineer with strong design capabilities to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 4–8 years of experience.
• Solid background in electrical design.
• Previous experience in engineering consultancy firms.
• Proficiency in Revit (BIM) and preparing detailed electrical design drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed electrical design drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Prepare lighting, power, grounding, low-current systems design based on project requirements and applicable codes (UAE standards, DEWA, ADDC, etc.).
• Perform load calculations, cable sizing, and equipment selection according to project needs.
• Coordinate electrical design with mechanical, structural, and architectural teams.
• Review IFC/tender drawings and ensure that all electrical design outputs meet project specifications and QA/QC standards.
• Support senior engineers in preparing design reports, BOQs, and technical documentation.
