Urgently Hiring – Electrical BIM Modeler
Company: Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions
Location: UAE
Experience: 3–5 Years (UAE Experience Required)
Availability: Immediate Joiner (Must be in UAE)

Position: Electrical BIM Modeler

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience in Electrical BIM Modeling
• Proficiency in BIM software tools (AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.)
• Strong understanding of MEP coordination and electrical layouts
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and update detailed Electrical BIM models as per project standards
• Coordinate with MEP disciplines to ensure clash-free models
• Prepare accurate shop drawings and documentation
• Implement company BIM standards and workflows
• Collaborate with engineers and site teams for design coordination
• Support project delivery within timelines and quality standards
