Electrical Bim modeler

Universal BIM & CAD Technical Services L.L.C. is hiring experienced Electrical BIM Modelers for ongoing high-profile projects in Dubai. We are seeking candidates who are currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for electrical systems using Revit MEP.
• Prepare and update shop drawings, as-built drawings, and single-line diagrams.
• Coordinate with mechanical, architectural, and structural teams to ensure clash-free models.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks.
• Follow project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and standards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and client requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical BIM Modeling (UAE experience preferred).
• Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong knowledge of power, lighting, containment, and ELV systems.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Must be based in the UAE and ready for immediate joining.
