Job Title: BIM Electrical / Revit Electrical Modeler

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop detailed and accurate electrical BIM models using Revit and related software.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure clash-free designs.
• Prepare detailed electrical layouts including power, lighting, cable routing, and containment systems.
• Produce construction-ready drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Support construction teams with timely model updates and technical clarifications.
• Assist in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and coordination drawings.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining accuracy and BIM standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in BIM Electrical Modelling, including construction project involvement.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Proven experience on Gulf region MEP or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, UAE standards, and BIM workflows.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, both in-office and on-site.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
